How Does the Curbside Service Work?

The COVID-19 pandemic presented new challenges for people across the US. But the team at Holland Hearing has worked hard to create a solution for these unique circumstances.

It’s called the ‘Curbside Service’.

This allows patients to receive amazing hearing care support from the safety and security of their vehicles. Through this innovative approach, you can get hearing aids repairs, pick-up supplies, and even have your hearing tested.

While the service was designed to reduce transmission of the virus, it’s become a favorite among patients for its ease and convenience. This means the Curbside Service is here to stay, becoming a third option for patients in addition to Tele Audiology and in-person appointments.

One question many people still ask the staff at Holland Hearing is, how does it work?”

#1 – Schedule Your Visit

The best way to access this service is by calling the center and making a prior appointment. This will mean that the specialists are ready to help you as soon as you arrive.

However, this isn’t strictly necessary. You can also drive up to the center and wait for assistance. But depending on the nature of your visit, you may find you wait longer for attention.

#2 – Parking Up and Calling Us

There are two parking spots designated for those accessing the Curbside Service. When you arrive, simply pull into one and call the office. The team will then be ready to help you in less than five minutes.

If these parking spots are in use, take another and phone the office. Staff will then be able to coordinate your visit from there.

Please do not leave your vehicle at any point during the appointment process. Staff are well trained and will guide you through the necessary procedures.

#3 – Receive Help and Care

Whatever your needs, the team of specialists will be happy to assist you via this contact-free method.

It means you can still enjoy the excellent quality of service you’d find in the center, whilst remaining content and secure within your vehicle.
