The lovely receptionist spoke carefully so I could hear her easily

The first moment I realized something was amiss with my ears was back in first grade when I was diagnosed as hearing impaired. Before reaching out to Holland Hearing, I was understandably anxious; my previous experiences had shown that hearing aids had not worked for my type of hearing loss, I wondered if there was any new technology that could help now.

Upon arriving, my first impressions were wonderful—everyone was very nice, and the office was clean and attractive. Dr. Mangrem even insisted I bring the new puppy I was traveling with into her office, which was such a kind gesture. The lovely receptionist spoke carefully so I could hear her easily.

Since starting to wear hearing aids, my life has changed dramatically. I can hear sounds I’ve never heard before, and conversing with others has become much easier and far less exhausting.

I can now hear clearly on phone calls, and perhaps the best part is that I can finally hear my grandchildren. To anyone who is concerned about their hearing and considering a visit to Holland Hearing, I would say, “Go see what they can do!”
