Fun, Food, and Community: Looking Back at Our Inaugural Fiesta Brunch & Bingo!
Our inaugural Fiesta Brunch & Bingo on May 7 was one for the books!
From high-energy raffles and exciting giveaways to nonstop laughs and incredible company, we had an absolute blast celebrating the heart of our practice: you, our amazing patients.
The energy in the room was electric, and we are still smiling thinking about how much fun we all had. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it so special. We already can’t wait for next year!
Delicious Food & Better Company
A fiesta isn't complete without a great spread, and the brunch was a massive hit. Patients loved gathering around the table to share a meal, swap stories, and connect with our team outside of the clinic setting.
As one guest beautifully put it, "The food was good, and the relationship between staff and clients is obviously very strong and important." Another attendee noted that their favorite part of the day was the "opportunity to have fun [with] others.”
We’re glad that everyone had fun and a delicious meal with us!
Nonstop Laughs on the Bingo Boards
Once the brunch plates were cleared, the real competition began. The bingo games brought out everyone's lively spirit, filled with suspenseful pauses, friendly banter, and plenty of celebration when someone finally shouted, "BINGO!"
Hearing how much joy the games brought was incredibly rewarding. One patient shared that it was "a great and good way to give back to your patients," while another added, "I appreciate the effort put forth to show appreciation for your clients. It was a fun time!"
Growing and Improving for Next Year
Because this was our very first Fiesta Brunch & Bingo, your feedback means the world to us. We want to make sure future patient appreciation events are even more accessible, clear, and seamless for everyone.
After sending out a survey to our attendees, our team took note of a few excellent suggestions from our survey that we will absolutely be implementing next time:
Visual Aids for Games: To ensure everyone can follow along comfortably, one patient suggested, "If you have bingo again, it would be helpful to have a whiteboard to display the numbers called." This is a fantastic idea to help those who might have trouble hearing the announcer, and we’ll be implementing it next time.
Clearer Rules: We also want to make sure the gameplay is smooth sailing, noting feedback that "the bingo was confusing because everyone had different opinions on how many cards we could play at a time." Next year, we'll establish clear guidelines before the first ball is drawn.

We host these events because we genuinely care about the people we serve. Seeing our community come together to relax and laugh was the ultimate reward.
