Location: Two-Provider Audiology Practice
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Audiologist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting. This role is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating hearing disorders, as well as fitting and dispensing hearing aids.

The Audiologist plays a key role in improving patients’ quality of life through compassionate care, clinical expertise, and education on hearing health and prevention.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Evaluation & Care

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic testing

  • Interpret test results and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and prevention

Hearing Aid Services

  • Fit, program, and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices

  • Perform follow-up care, adjustments, and troubleshooting

  • Ensure proper documentation and patient instruction for device use

Clinical Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA

  • Support clinic workflow, scheduling coordination, and patient communication as needed

Professional & Community Engagement

  • Maintain strong communication with referring physicians and support ongoing professional relationships

  • Participate in community outreach, education, and marketing events as needed

  • Stay current with advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology

Practice Support & Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve clinic operations, workflow, and overall patient experience

  • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology

  • Current licensure to practice Audiology in the State of Texas

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) preferred

  • Licensed to fit and dispense hearing aids in the State of Texas

  • Strong communication and patient care skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
