It is our greatest honor to announce that our very own, Kelsi Mangrem, has been awarded Young Entrepreneur of the Year!
Right from day one, Kelsi has dedicated most of her time to helping patients hear better.
Whether through the implementation of appropriate technology or care, she is always willing to bend herself backward to truly make a difference in someone else’s life.
There truly is no one else quite like Kelsi.
After all the hours she has spent doing overtime or working against tight deadlines, her passion for hearing healthcare sets her apart from others, and it is extremely rewarding to have her hard work recognized.
The job can be tough, but the satisfaction she gets from seeing her patients’ lives improve helps her get out of bed each day. When asked why she does it, she says:
“The reason I decided to go into a business was, to put it short, to help others. It is really gratifying to help others get back into their social lives and allow them to connect with their loved ones and hear their grandkids.”
While there have been some difficult times, 2020 being a prime example, she has invested a lot of her time into the business and is a firm believer in hard work pays off.
“I am a big believer in you get out what you put into it.
“Owning a business is not just going through the day-to-day operations. It is getting out, meeting people, and getting involved.”
Not one day is the same for Kelsi as she is often multi-tasking herself to meet numerous deadlines, but she wouldn’t change her job for the world.
The past 12 months have presented many bumps and turns, but we are so proud to see Kelsi’s hard work pay off and see her get the recognition she deserves.
