We’re celebrating at Holland Hearing Center.
Not just because it’s been an amazing year helping hundreds of local people to achieve better hearing but also because our very own Dr. Kelsi Mangrem has been recognized as the “Entrepreneur of the Year” at a prestigious and exclusive industry event.
Having applied for this award alongside some of the most respected hearing care clinic leaders across the US and Canada, Dr. Mangrem was chosen as the worthy winner by a board of three industry experts and the previous year’s winner.
The award ceremony recognizes entrepreneurial spirit, excellence in performance, and a passion to deliver the best service for patients, and we’re all delighted that Dr. Kelsi Mangrem and Holland Hearing Center were chosen as the winners.
As well as this big award trophy (that you’ll be able to see at your next appointment), Dr. Mangrem also won an all-expenses-paid trip to London, England in the summer of 2023 to see the sights and spend some time with some industry experts.
One of the judges and hearing care marketing expert Oli Luke stated that Dr. Mangrem was a stand-out candidate because:
“She had consistently done incredible work to grow her business while continually prioritizing the needs and demands of her patients. One part we were particularly impressed with was how she identified the challenge posed to the private practice industry by heavily VC funded juggernaut Listen Lively that built a direct-to-consumer model.
The documentary she required to test Lively through two patients and create a response back to their aggressive advertising was a huge shot in the arm for the industry, went viral, and waved the flag for the brilliance of private practice.”
